Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Vimal Nair has been promoted to Group Head of Talent Acquisition & International Mobility at Atos, while continuing to serve as HR Director, Middle East & Turkey. In his expanded role, he will now drive global talent acquisition strategy, oversee international mobility programs, and lead HR operations across emerging markets.
Over the last ten years at Atos, Vimal has consistently progressed through various senior HR leadership roles. As HR Director for the Middle East & Turkey and Head of HR Operations for Growing Markets, he successfully led regional HR operations and workforce transformation initiatives. His earlier role as Head of HR – Middle East saw him spearhead people strategy for the region with a focus on organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
Prior to Atos, Vimal was with Changyou.com (China), where he served as Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead for the Middle East and Turkey. During his tenure, he played a key role in designing HR structures, driving talent acquisition, and implementing compensation frameworks aligned with regional influences.
Earlier in his career, he held roles including Senior Recruitment & Operations Specialist for Microsoft (via AMS International) and IT/Telecom Consultant at NetworkersMSB, supporting clients across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His foundational experience began as Senior Business Development & HR Team Lead at Le Wellspring, where he managed a team and led recruitment projects across industries.
