Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 — Manish K. Agarwal has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cloud Kinetics, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s executive team. In his new role, Manish will oversee the global finance function and play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, supporting growth strategy, and enabling Cloud Kinetics’ next phase of transformation across AI, data, and cloud-led services.
In his most recent role prior to joining Cloud Kinetics, Manish K. Agarwal served as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Finance at Mindsprint for nearly five years. During this period, he led group-wide finance strategy, aligned financial planning with business objectives, and drove governance frameworks to support sustainable growth in a dynamic technology landscape. He worked closely with leadership teams on operating models, global expansion initiatives, and finance organization transformation.
Before Mindsprint, Manish spent close to four years at Olam as CFO – GCC and Head of Finance for Global Technology Functions. Based in Chennai, he led controllership, treasury, taxation, and legal functions while driving major transformation initiatives, including cost optimization, budgetary controls, tax structuring, and the complex demerger of the Global Capability Centre into an independent technology services organization.
Earlier in his career, Manish held senior finance leadership roles at Shell, where he managed global technology costs and played a key role in post-merger IT cost integration following the British Gas acquisition. He also spent over six years with Tata Teleservices, including serving as CFO for Mumbai, MP & CG Circles, shaping business strategy, pricing models, and operational integrations.
In the early phase of his career, Manish gained strong foundations in business finance and planning through roles at Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, and KNA Associates, where he built deep expertise in budgeting, financial controls, mergers, and strategic decision support across telecom, banking, and professional services environments.
