Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka, September 2024 – Nadeesha Fernando has been appointed as the Head of People and Culture at Corzent. In this new role, Fernando will lead the development and implementation of the company’s people and culture strategies, fostering a high-performance environment and enhancing employee engagement.
Career Journey: Prior to joining Corzent, Nadeesha Fernando was the Human Resources Manager at Virtusa for approximately two years and three months, where she managed various HR functions including talent acquisition and employee relations.
Before her role at Virtusa, Fernando served as the Group Manager – HR at WNS Global Services for nearly five years, overseeing HR strategies and operations across multiple teams.
Additionally, Fernando worked as a Visiting Lecturer at University of Sri Jayewardenepura for about five years, where she contributed to academic programs in HR. Her earlier experiences include roles such as Human Resource Manager – Staffing Operations at Randstad, and Assistant Manager – Training & Support at Informatics (PVT) Ltd.
