Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Nitin Jain has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member at Welspun Transformation Services Limited, where he will lead the organization’s strategic direction, digital transformation agenda, and global operations under the umbrella of the Welspun Global Capability Center (GCC).
With a track record of over two decades, Nitin has played a transformative role in building and scaling enterprise capabilities, leveraging advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Industry 4.0, and B2B SaaS. In his prior role as CEO & Board Member of Welspun GCC, he led innovations in IT and business process services (BPS), overseeing critical enterprise functions such as finance, HR, procurement, and taxation while supporting a global workforce of over 700 professionals.
Before taking on leadership at Welspun, Nitin served as Chief Executive Officer at Welspun Global Services Limited, and earlier as AVP & Head – Shared Services at Welspun Group, where he strengthened operational frameworks and drove transformation across finance and shared services domains. His earlier stint at CNH Industrial spanned nearly 12 years, where he held roles as Commercial Controller and Shared Services Manager, overseeing finance transformation across three manufacturing plants and leading ERP implementation.
Nitin began his career at Delphi Automotive Systems, Sharda Exports, and Maruti Suzuki, gaining deep expertise in financial control, audit, project management, and compliance. His expansive industry knowledge and leadership acumen are expected to further elevate Welspun Transformation Services as a center of innovation and operational excellence.
