Amanda brings a wealth of experience in human capital strategy, business partnering, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across leading telecom and media companies in South Africa. With a strong foundation in employee engagement, change management, and performance enablement, she is well-positioned to contribute to Nexio’s continued transformation and growth in the digital and IT infrastructure landscape.

Amanda joins Nexio South Africa after spending over seven years at Vodacom, where she held key leadership roles including HR Business Partner Lead and HR Business Partner. In these positions, she supported hybrid teams, led change programs, coached business leaders on performance management, and drove workforce engagement strategies aligned with Vodacom’s agile transformation agenda.

Her earlier career includes working as an HR Trainee at MultiChoice and as an Intern at Richards Bay Coal. These formative roles gave her deep exposure to recruitment, onboarding, contract management, ER support, and operational HR systems – laying a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.
