Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2025 – Abhishek Singh has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at DocOnline, a leading digital healthcare company committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. In his new role, Abhishek is responsible for leading talent acquisition and operations across the organization, with a specific focus on strengthening healthcare hiring, enhancing recruitment strategy, and building high-performing teams aligned with DocOnline’s mission-driven culture.
Prior to joining DocOnline, Abhishek was Head of Talent Acquisition (Regional TA and Ops) at upGrad Enterprise, where he led recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives over a period of nearly five years. He managed high-volume hiring, campus engagements, executive search, and implemented DEI-driven talent frameworks while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Before his tenure at upGrad, Abhishek worked with Adecco as Recruitment Delivery Lead, overseeing end-to-end hiring and delivery for diverse industries from tech to services. His role included recruitment process optimization, large-scale hiring, and driving strategic workforce solutions for enterprise clients. This experience solidified his capabilities in mass recruitment, compliance, negotiation, and recruitment analytics.
Abhishek holds an Executive MBA in Strategic HR from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, complementing his MBA from ITM University, Gwalior in business and marketing. His academic background and extensive practical experience in strategic talent acquisition, global recruitment, and HR tech adoption have made him a well-rounded TA leader.
