Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Utsav Khandelwal has been appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Jaquar & Company Private Limited, a global leader in bathroom and lighting solutions. With over two decades of leadership experience across FMCD, healthcare, IT, and retail, Utsav will spearhead Jaquar’s people strategy, driving talent development, organizational transformation, and global HR excellence to support the company’s growth across 55+ countries.
Utsav joins Jaquar from Zimmer Biomet, where he spent more than seven years in HR leadership roles, most recently as Director & Head Human Resources, India. He successfully led transformative HR initiatives, including organizational redesign and change management that boosted productivity by nearly 40%, capability-building programs to support succession planning, and strategic interventions for corporate spin-offs and new entity setups.
Before Zimmer Biomet, Utsav was with Genpact as Senior Manager HR, where he led strategic HR business partnering across multiple healthcare accounts. He strengthened employee engagement, introduced innovative HR practices, and developed a robust HR metrics framework that improved retention by 20%.
Earlier, Utsav worked at Whirlpool Corporation for nearly seven years, rising from Plant HR to Corporate HR roles. He drove engagement, talent acquisition, and learning initiatives across India, and was instrumental in helping Whirlpool earn recognition as a “Best Employer” in 2015. His early career also included stints with RTCL Limited, Capgemini, and Whirlpool’s Pune and Faridabad plants, where he honed his expertise in labor relations, industrial HR, and workforce management.
Utsav holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the International School of Business & Media (ISBM). He also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, further strengthening his global leadership and strategic management expertise.
