With a distinguished career in human resources spanning over 15 years, Chitnavis is poised to drive Tata Power’s HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives, aligning them with the company’s mission for sustainable growth and clean energy development.

Before joining Tata Power, Chitnavis held significant positions at Mahindra Susten as Lead- Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner, where she led key HR initiatives and partnered closely with business units to drive talent strategies. Her tenure at Mahindra Susten was marked by her innovative approaches to talent acquisition, HR business partnership, and employee development, demonstrating her ability to influence and shape the HR landscape effectively.

Prior to Mahindra Susten, Chitnavis contributed her expertise at Adani Electricity for over 15 years, where she served as an HR Business Partner. Her role involved building strong relationships with departmental management and employees, implementing performance management processes, organizing employee engagement programs, and leading competency mapping efforts. Her vast experience in HR generalist roles and her strategic approach to addressing business needs through HR initiatives have been instrumental in her success.
