With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Trudy brings deep expertise in people strategy, cultural transformation, and workforce engagement, making her a strong addition to RedZed’s leadership team.
Trudy joins RedZed after a long and successful career at Zenith Investment Partners, where she spent more than 15 years in progressive HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture from 2021 to 2025, driving strategic people initiatives, organizational development, and employee experience. Prior to that, as Human Resources Manager for over a decade, she played a key role in building HR systems, policies, and practices that supported Zenith’s growth and strengthened its culture.
In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Trudy also worked as a freelance consultant with The Remote Assistant, providing HR and organizational support services for more than 12 years. This entrepreneurial experience allowed her to collaborate with diverse businesses and deliver tailored people solutions in a hybrid working environment.
At RedZed, Trudy will focus on advancing the company’s people agenda, shaping HR strategies that foster innovation, strengthen engagement, and support the growth of RedZed as a lender dedicated to small business owners and the self-employed.
