In this leadership position, she will focus on driving people strategy, talent development, and operational excellence, supporting the company’s continued growth and reputation for customer service.
Claire has been with Redbrik for over five years, most recently serving as Talent & HR Manager, where she played a key role in strengthening HR policies, talent initiatives, and employee engagement. Her efforts in building a people-first culture have paved the way for her promotion to Head of People and Operations.
Before joining Redbrik, Claire spent nearly 12 years with Gi Group, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment and workforce management. She held multiple roles, including Branch Manager, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Group Trainer, and Account Manager, contributing to business growth and team development across several UK locations.
Claire began her career in the customer service sector as a Hairdresser and Colour Consultant with ASK Experience (Paul Mitchell Salons), which gave her early insights into client engagement and service delivery—skills that have continued to shape her career in people and operations.
