Amsterdam, Netherlands, September 2025 — Impala Studios has appointed Xandra Niehe as Interim Head of People & Culture, where she will oversee the company’s global people agenda and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping people strategy and aligning talent development with the organization’s rapid growth in the mobile applications sector.
Xandra brings over two decades of experience in human resources, people strategy, and cultural transformation across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Head of People & Culture NL at Clifford Chance, where she was an active member of the leadership team, driving initiatives in talent management, DEI, engagement, and organizational design.
She also held the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Ohpen, leading HR strategy during a period of transformation, and earlier served as Head of People & Culture / CHRO at Aberkyn, where she spearheaded organizational development and cultural change initiatives. Xandra’s career also includes senior HR leadership positions at Strategy& (PwC Network), Squarewise, and McKinsey & Company, where she managed HR and professional development across multiple geographies.
In addition to her corporate roles, she serves as Advisory Board Member at World of Wellbeing (WOW) and Executive Board Member at Leids Universiteits Fonds, reflecting her commitment to wellbeing, education, and leadership development.
