Ahlam Haddad Appointed as Head of Employee Experience at PEXA

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, September 2025 — Ahlam Haddad has been appointed as Head of Employee Experience at PEXA. In this new role, she will be responsible for shaping programs that enhance engagement, culture, and employee well-being across the organization, supporting PEXA’s growth as a global leader in digital property exchange and proptech innovation.

Ahlam has been with PEXA since 2022, progressing through several senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Learning & Leadership Enablement, where she spearheaded leadership development initiatives and organizational learning strategies. Before that, she was Head of Learning & Organisational Development and earlier Head of Learning Experience, where she focused on driving employee engagement and creating transformative learning experiences.

Prior to her tenure at PEXA, Ahlam held leadership roles at Bank of Queensland and ME Bank, where she was Head of Business Readiness, ensuring smooth organizational transitions and employee preparedness during times of change. Her work centered on communication, stakeholder engagement, and driving large-scale transformation across financial services.

Ahlam also spent over a decade at National Australia Bank (NAB), where she advanced through senior positions including Senior Manager, Learning Enablement, Senior Manager, Change & Operations, and Senior Process Engineer. She led significant transformation initiatives, including resolving a $12 million process issue that earned her a nomination for NAB Group’s Person of the Year.

Her early career includes leadership roles at IBM Australia as a Business Transformation Leader, as well as key superannuation and operations positions at Russell Investments and Towers Perrin Australia. These roles strengthened her expertise in stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement across diverse sectors.

Ahlam holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from UWS – Sydney Graduate School of Management, equipping her with the academic foundation to complement her extensive leadership career.
