Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Sudhakar S has started a new role as Head – Talent Acquisition & Retail HR at ace turtle, India’s leading tech-native retail company. In this role, he will be driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies while also managing HR for the company’s retail business operations.
Most recently, Sudhakar was associated with ace turtle as Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, where he contributed to building the company’s workforce capabilities and strengthening its HR processes during a phase of business growth.
Before that, he worked with the Reliance Group as an HR Business Partner, where he supported talent acquisition and talent management initiatives across retail operations.
Earlier, Sudhakar was with Arvind Fashions Limited and Vmart Retail Limited as Human Resources Business Partner – Retail, where he partnered with leading fashion and lifestyle brands such as GAP, Aeropostale, GANT, Nautica, Sephora, Unlimited, and Warehouse, playing a key role in shaping HR practices across retail formats.
Prior to these roles, he gained extensive HR experience at Levi Strauss India, Manpower Services India, and other organizations, where he built expertise across HR business partnering, shop-in-shop formats, and end-to-end HR operations covering recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
