New York, United States, January 2026 — Robyn Freye has started a new role as President & Chief Growth Officer at CourtAvenue, where she will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth agenda, strengthening strategic client partnerships, and accelerating business expansion across its digital transformation and creative technology ecosystem.
In her new leadership role at CourtAvenue, Robyn Freye steps into an enterprise-wide growth mandate—bringing extensive experience in scaling agencies, building growth functions, and leading strategic expansion for high-performing marketing and transformation organizations.
Prior to joining CourtAvenue, Robyn spent nearly eight years with Stagwell, most recently serving for about four years as Chief Growth Officer – North America, where she led growth strategy in the region and played a key role in strengthening business development momentum and leadership positioning. Earlier at Stagwell, she also held the role of SVP, Strategic Growth for over three years, further deepening her expertise in strategic growth planning and expansion.
Before Stagwell, she worked for about two years at The Burnett Collective as Vice President, focusing on areas such as agency search and selection, agency cost benchmarking, scope of work (SOW) management, and agency-client relationship consulting.
Robyn also served for around three years with R/GA as VP Managing Director, where she was part of the North American executive leadership team and held responsibility for growth, marketing and management functions spanning offices across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Austin and Chicago.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles across renowned creative and digital firms including Digitaria (a JWT Company) as Vice President, Marketing, and Pereira & O’Dell as Director of Business Development for nearly three years. She also built a strong foundation at Geary Interactive over about six years, serving as Director of Business Development and earlier as Marketing Manager, and began her professional journey at the San Diego Business Journal as an Account Executive.
