Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada, September 2025 – Braxted Group, Inc. has appointed Lewise Hiltz as its new Chief Marketing and Digital Officer. In this leadership role, Lewise will drive the company’s digital transformation and marketing strategy, shaping innovative customer experiences to strengthen Braxted Group’s mission of simplifying the Canadian immigration journey for newcomers.
Lewise joins Braxted Group after serving as Vice President of Global Digital and Consumer Experience at BRP in Montreal, where he led initiatives to enhance digital platforms and customer engagement on a global scale. His contributions spanned nearly three years and positioned BRP as a leader in customer-centric innovation within the powersports and marine industries.
Prior to that, Lewise spent six years at KPI Digital Solutions as Vice President of Digital Transformation, where he oversaw enterprise-wide digital projects, supporting businesses in leveraging data and technology to unlock growth and efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Lewise was Chief Customer Officer at Marigold (formerly Sailthru) in New York City, driving customer experience initiatives and leading retention and engagement strategies. Before this, he supported the ALDO Group as a consultant and interim Director of Multi-Channel Marketing, where he managed a $23 million re-platforming project and built digital strategies that maximized customer acquisition and brand consistency across multiple retail banners.
His retail expertise also includes five years at Reitmans Canada Ltd., where he served as Director of Ecommerce and Online Marketing, leading digital strategy across six brands and managing a team of digital specialists to transform customer engagement and usability. Earlier, he developed trade marketing strategies at Imperial Brands PLC, managed digital initiatives at SportsDirect Inc., and gained early career experience in channel development, customer insights, and cross-platform marketing.
