Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2025 — Christy Loebach has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at O’Hara’s Son Roofing Company (OSR). In this dual role, she will oversee all support functions, including Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, IT, and Compliance, while driving comprehensive organizational transformation with a strong focus on M&A integrations.
Christy joined OSR in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, where she was responsible for finance transformation, cash flow management, and acquisition integration. Her expanded mandate as CFO and Chief Transformation Officer reflects her leadership in aligning financial discipline with growth-oriented transformation.
Before OSR, Christy spent more than six years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she held multiple senior leadership positions. As CFO of C&W Services, she led financial strategy for a $1 billion integrated facilities services business with 13,000 employees and more than 400 customers across North America. Earlier, as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, she played a central role in preparing the company for its NYSE IPO, driving $250 million in cost savings, and centralizing $500 million in SG&A costs.
Previously, Christy was Director of Global FP&A at Mondelēz International, where she managed full P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet responsibilities for annual budgeting and strategic planning. She also served as Vice President of Global Finance at NCH Marketing Services, leading finance operations across eight countries, and earlier held senior financial planning and strategy roles at Kraft Heinz.
Christy began her career in tax and valuation services at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and KPMG, where she developed deep expertise in M&A, corporate tax, and valuation of equity and intangible assets.
Christy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Emory University, where she was a merit-based scholarship recipient and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic excellence.
