Jason’s most recent experience was with Evacor, where he successfully led a team of consultants in creating customized and sustainable hiring and development solutions for leading organizations across industries. His focus included talent management, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Previously, Jason worked with Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he was instrumental in designing and rolling out leader and salesperson assessment centers, implementing leadership development programs, and leading large-scale organizational assessment initiatives across diverse industries.
He also began his career at DDI as an Assessment Technology Consultant, where he designed and implemented some of the earliest software packages for delivering assessment centers online globally, gaining recognition for his pioneering contributions in the field.
Over the years, Jason has developed deep expertise in human capital management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership strategy, making him a strong fit to lead People Care’s people-first initiatives.
