Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, September 2025 – Hitachi Energy has announced the appointment of Adeline Lily as Talent Partner. In this role, she will be responsible for driving talent strategy, managing end-to-end talent acquisition, and supporting Hitachi Energy’s mission of advancing sustainable energy and social innovation across the globe.
Adeline joins Hitachi Energy after serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Expert at Tech Mahindra, where she spent over two years specializing in global talent acquisition, niche hiring, and strategic workforce planning.
Before that, she held a five-and-a-half-year tenure at CBRE, first as Manager and later as Senior Manager, where she managed HR operations for the Chennai region, emphasizing business partnering and organizational alignment.
Her earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager – HR at Schneider Electric India, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and performance appraisals, and as Executive – HR at BSH Home Appliances Group, where she gained expertise in onboarding, learning and development, payroll, and employee engagement.
Adeline also worked as Officer – Training and Development at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, where she managed training need analysis, evaluation, and development programs. With this decade-long career across global organizations, she has developed a well-rounded expertise in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
Adeline holds an MBA in Human Resources from Christ University Institute of Management, equipping her with the academic foundation to complement her professional achievements.
