Reston, Virginia, United States, September 2025 – Hitachi Vantara Federal, a trusted leader in mission-centric data solutions for the United States Federal Government, has appointed Majed Saadi as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, he will lead the company’s technology vision, driving innovation and developing mission-ready solutions that support Federal agencies in harnessing data to advance their critical operations.
Majed joins Hitachi Vantara Federal after serving as Vice President – Growth & Technology at Synergy, where he focused on organizational growth, C-level strategy, and technology-driven expansion. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Business Area (Commerce, Labor, Interior & Postal) at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he spent nearly five years overseeing mission-critical federal programs.
He also contributed to the advancement of emerging technologies as an Advisory Board Member at Quantum Computing, Inc., guiding the use of quantum and quantum-ready computing solutions for complex challenges. Earlier, Majed held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Govplace, where his leadership was instrumental in the company being recognized among CIOReview’s “20 Most Promising Cloud Solution Providers.”
Previously, Majed served at SRA International (a CSRA company), where he advanced from Director of Cloud Computing Practice to CTO for Civilian Agencies, introducing innovative federal cloud services that strengthened cybersecurity and compliance. His earlier career includes leadership roles at QinetiQ North America as Manager, Engineering Infrastructure, at 3H Technology as Consulting Services Manager, and at the General Services Administration (GSA) as a Senior Network Engineer.
Majed holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, equipping him with a strong foundation in aligning business strategy with technological transformation.
