Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, September 2025 – UKG, one of the world’s leading HCM cloud companies, has appointed Ankur Goel as Senior Director of Product Management. In his new role, Ankur will lead global product strategy and innovation, with a focus on advancing AI-driven solutions that enhance HR, pay, time, and culture management for UKG’s clients worldwide.
Ankur moves to UKG after a distinguished tenure at PeopleStrong, where he served as Deputy Chief Product Officer for more than three years. During this time, he spearheaded AI/ML initiatives, including the application of Agentic AI across the platform, led the launch of a Generative AI suite, and introduced an AI-enabled integrated talent management platform. He also directed multiple product portfolios, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Analytics, Mobile, and Chatbot solutions, while successfully launching the widely recognized Superapp for HR.
Before that, Ankur held the role of Vice President – Product Head, Strategy & Management at PeopleStrong, where he focused on solving enterprise talent challenges through integrated talent acquisition and management platforms, insightful analytics, and chatbot-driven employee engagement.
Earlier in his career, Ankur worked with Reliance Industries Limited as Vice President and Head of Product Management, where he launched a chatbot-based HR Tech platform. He also held leadership roles at Crescerance as Vice President of Product Strategy, UnitedHealth Group as Senior Product Manager, and iProf Learning Solutions as Vice President of Product Management. These roles gave him extensive experience in product innovation, ed-tech solutions, and SaaS platforms.
Ankur also served as Head of Product Management & Engineering at Educomp Solutions, where he doubled product usage within six months by introducing social features, and as Vice President of Enterprise Products at Knowlarity Communications, where he led the development of its flagship cloud telephony product. He began his career at BrickRed Technologies, growing with the company from its early startup phase into a 150+ employee organization, where he managed engineering and project management responsibilities.
Alongside his corporate leadership roles, Ankur has been an active angel investor since 2020, supporting ventures such as UOLO, an ed-tech company impacting over a million students, and Grest.com, a recommerce platform specializing in refurbished Apple devices.
