Bakersfield, California, United States, September 2025 – A-C Electric Company has announced the appointment of Lacy Gauthier-Ortlieb as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, she will lead the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and risk management, supporting A-C Electric’s continued growth as one of California’s largest electrical contractors.
Before joining A-C Electric Company, Lacy was with Arcus Advisors as a Senior Manager, where she advised clients on financial and strategic matters while helping optimize business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Treasury, Tax, and Risk Management at Venturi Supply, where she implemented treasury management strategies, strengthened compliance frameworks, reduced past-due receivables, and successfully integrated financial operations of new acquisitions.
Earlier, she spent over four years at BPS Supply Group, a Venturi-owned company, as Controller, where she managed full-cycle accounting and finance operations across a multi-state enterprise. She led the company’s transition to GAAP compliance, streamlined close processes, and implemented automation tools that significantly enhanced financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Her earlier career includes serving as Controller at Allied Potato, Inc., where she established internal controls and enhanced HR and accounting structures, and nearly four years at The Wonderful Company, where she worked in financial analysis and capital accounting for subsidiaries such as Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds. In these roles, she developed proforma budgets, improved reporting systems, and managed large-scale capital projects.
