Vadodara, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — Greenply Industries Limited (GSPPL) has appointed Kanji Sodha as HR & Admin Head. He assumed the role in January 2026 and will be based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
In this capacity, Sodha will lead human resources and administrative functions, focusing on building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organizational excellence across operations. His appointment aligns with Greenply’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening people practices within its expanding manufacturing and distribution network.
Prior to joining Greenply Industries Limited (GSPPL), Sodha served as AGM – HR at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd., where he was instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and designing comprehensive learning strategies to address evolving organizational needs.
Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles at Duroply Industries Limited, where he managed end-to-end HR and administrative functions and worked closely with leadership to strengthen factory-level HR operations.
Before that, Sodha gained valuable experience at Kunal Structure (I) Pvt Ltd., EPP Composites Pvt. Ltd., and Tata Chemicals Limited (Tata Salt), handling recruitment, industrial relations, legal compliance, plant administration, and HR operations across manufacturing environments.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning manufacturing and industrial sectors, Sodha brings strong expertise in employee engagement, learning & development, HR strategy, compliance, and organizational development to Greenply Industries.
