Sofia City, Bulgaria, February 2026 — Tsvetelina Georgieva has started a new position as Head of People & Culture Bulgaria at NTT DATA Business Solutions, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy and culture initiatives in Bulgaria, supporting business growth and workforce development.
Prior to this appointment, Tsvetelina Georgieva spent nearly five years at Paysera, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles, most recently serving as HR Business Partner (Global Team). In these roles, she contributed to people management initiatives, talent development, and the integration of modern HR practices, including the application of AI-driven approaches in HR processes. Her tenure at Paysera also included experience as HR Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, strengthening her expertise in organizational development and employee experience.
Earlier in her career, she held HR and office management roles at Catenate and Musala Soft, where she built a strong foundation in talent management, administration, and people operations. She holds an MBA from the University of National and World Economy, equipping her with a solid academic background in business administration and management.
