New Jersey, United States, October 2025 — Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. has elevated Richard Bart to the position of Senior Director, HR Operations and Technology. In this expanded role, Bart will lead HR operations and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to drive process efficiency, workforce engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
Bart has been with Konica Minolta for two years, most recently serving as Director, HR Technology, where he spearheaded the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across North America, drove business process improvements, advanced HR analytics capabilities, and optimized employee lifecycle experiences. His leadership has been central to enhancing user experience, improving organizational efficiency, and building stronger integration between HR and Finance operations.
Before joining Konica Minolta, Bart served as Senior Director of HR Technology & Solutions at Tapestry, where he managed HR technology initiatives for global luxury brands including Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. His tenure saw him deliver large-scale SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, workforce management solutions, and dashboards that improved both employee and candidate experiences.
Earlier, Bart was the HR Transformation and Technology Lead at Aptimized, where he partnered with organizations on HR technology roadmaps, configuring SAP SuccessFactors and Workday HCM to enable scalable and optimized HR processes.
He also had a distinguished 13-year career at Wiley, advancing from Director of Human Resource Information Systems to Senior Director, Human Resource Information Systems. At Wiley, Bart oversaw global HR technology strategy, implemented full-suite SAP SuccessFactors solutions, supported M&A integration processes, and drove operational excellence across HR systems, payroll, and talent management platforms.
