Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 — Jennifer Honsinger, CHRP has been appointed as Director, People Operation and Systems at D2L. In this role, she will lead the People & Culture Systems and Services function, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and employee processes across global HR programs. She will also partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, streamline processes, and implement scalable systems and policies.
Jennifer has been part of D2L for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Senior Manager, People Operations and Systems, where she provided leadership in HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and global mobility. She previously worked as Manager, People Operations and Systems, playing a key role in driving efficiencies and optimizing HR processes.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer gained valuable HR and people management experience as Human Resources Assistant at Dimplex North America, Team Lead at Pandora A/S, and in client service and leadership roles at ChristianCafe.com and Rogers Communications. Her career reflects a strong foundation in people operations, customer service, compliance, and employee engagement, making her well-suited for her new leadership role at D2L.
