Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 – Shikha Gupta has joined ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (India) as Associate Director – Human Resources, where she will lead the People & Culture organization. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the company’s people strategy, developing future-ready talent, and building an agile workforce to support STT GDC’s mission of shaping the future of digital infrastructure and powering the digital economy.
Shikha most recently worked at Airtel for more than six years in diverse HR leadership roles. She served as HR Business Head – DTC (AVP), where she managed HR strategy for the direct-to-consumer business. Earlier, she was Head – DEI & Special Engagement Projects (GM), leading initiatives that fostered inclusion and employee engagement, and National HR Partner – Airtel Business (DGM), driving HR roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and performance culture.
Before Airtel, Shikha had a long tenure of nearly eight years at ICICI Bank, where she grew through roles including Senior HR Business Partner (Chief Manager), Talent Acquisition Lead – North Zone, HR Business Partner, and L&D Manager. She partnered with business leaders across multiple units, managing employee strategies for 8,000+ employees and leading talent acquisition and development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she contributed to Philips Electronics India Ltd. as a Project Consultant and began as a Management Trainee with MTS India, where she worked on talent segmentation practices, internal capability mapping, and performance frameworks.
Shikha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon), equipping her with strong academic and professional grounding to lead HR transformation.
