Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Hemant Dabke has taken on the role of Area Vice President at Zscaler, bringing with him an impressive leadership track record across some of the world’s most prominent technology organizations. In this role, he will focus on strengthening Zscaler’s market presence and accelerating secure digital transformation for enterprises across the region.
Before joining Zscaler, Hemant served as Regional Vice President at Databricks, where he successfully drove business expansion in India over a tenure of more than three years. Prior to that, he held the position of Regional Vice President at UiPath, leading automation-driven growth across key markets.
His leadership career also includes a significant stint at SAP, where he served as Vice President – Enterprise, BFSI, and Telecom, overseeing strategy and growth for some of the most critical sectors. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at Tech Mahindra, Hemant directed operations across India, SAARC, and Malaysia, strengthening the company’s regional footprint.
Hemant spent over a decade with Microsoft India Pvt. Ltd., where he played pivotal roles as Director – Corporate Business India and Sales Director – Western Region, contributing to Microsoft’s enterprise expansion in India. He began his career with impactful roles at Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd. and Integra Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he built his foundation in enterprise technology and customer engagement.
With his deep expertise in leadership, business strategy, cloud computing, and digital transformation, Hemant is set to help Zscaler advance its mission of enabling enterprises to securely modernize their operations in an increasingly digital-first world.
