Overland Park, Kansas, United States, October 2025 – SPX Technologies, a leading global supplier of highly engineered products and technologies with leadership positions in the HVAC and detection and measurement markets, has announced the appointment of Meghan Mohler as its new Director of Human Resources.
In her new role, Meghan will be responsible for driving people strategy, strengthening workforce engagement, and ensuring alignment between HR operations and SPX Technologies’ long-term business goals. Her appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to building a dynamic and high-performing workplace culture as it continues to expand globally.
Prior to joining SPX Technologies, Meghan Mohler served at the Kansas City National Security Campus for nearly seven years, most recently as Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, she led employee relations, performance management, and labor strategy for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees, both union and non-union. She also played a critical role in contract negotiations, talent management, and grievance processes—enhancing operational efficiency and organizational cohesion.
Before her tenure at KCNSC, Meghan was Director of Human Resources at the Electrical Training Institute, where she spearheaded HR initiatives including labor relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and training programs to strengthen employee engagement and morale.
Earlier in her career, Meghan served at California State University, Long Beach, first as Human Resources Analyst and later as Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment, compensation, leave management, and professional development for over 2,000 employees. Her work in higher education built her expertise in compliance, employee well-being, and leadership development.
Her professional journey began at the Downtown Women’s Center, where she developed centralized HR processes, led onboarding programs, and managed payroll and employee benefits, laying the foundation for her career in people operations. Meghan also served as Campaign Director at Grassroots Campaigns, where she led recruitment operations and managed field offices across multiple U.S. locations—honing her leadership and project management skills.
Meghan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, where she developed a deep understanding of governance, workforce policy, and organizational development.
