Before joining Policy Pulse Innovations, Durelle Davis served as Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Sageview Consulting, where he led HR operations and benefits management for clients, including the Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences in Boca Raton. His work focused on recruitment, onboarding, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement while managing benefits programs and vendor partnerships that enhanced employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Prior to that, Durelle held multiple leadership roles at Enhance Health, where he rose through the ranks to become Senior Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, he designed comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals, implemented leadership development programs, and led cross-functional HRIS transformations. His strategic initiatives at Enhance Health resulted in improved employee retention, higher engagement, and measurable performance gains.
Earlier, as Director and Manager of Human Resources at Enhance Health, Durelle developed policies tailored to the call center environment, ensuring compliance and effective performance management. His initiatives strengthened employee engagement and streamlined operations for a rapidly scaling organization in the healthcare services domain.
Durelle’s career foundation was built during his 15-year tenure with Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where he held progressive leadership positions including Assistant Store Manager – Operations and Retail Department Supervisor. At Lowe’s, he managed large teams, optimized store operations, and developed strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving capabilities that now define his people-centric leadership approach.
