San Francisco Bay Area, United States, October 2025 — Minoo Ayat has joined ModelExpand as Vice President, Global Talent Strategy, bringing with her over two decades of global experience in talent acquisition, people leadership, and organizational strategy across some of the world’s most innovative technology companies. In her new role, Minoo will lead ModelExpand’s global talent strategy and transformation initiatives, partnering with clients to build scalable, high-performing internal recruiting engines that drive sustainable business growth.
At ModelExpand, she will oversee global programs spanning talent acquisition strategy, AI-driven recruiting, workforce planning, leadership enablement, and operational excellence. Her deep understanding of global talent ecosystems and technology-enabled recruitment transformation will help ModelExpand advance its mission of making recruiting a true strategic advantage for fast-growing enterprises.
Prior to joining ModelExpand, Minoo served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Juniper Networks, where she led worldwide hiring operations during a period of rapid transformation in the 5G and cloud networking space. She previously held the same role at Rapid (acquired by Nokia), where she built global recruiting capabilities for the world’s largest API Hub.
Before that, as Vice President of Talent at One Medical, Minoo was instrumental in strengthening the organization’s culture and leadership development initiatives as it expanded its footprint in healthcare innovation. Earlier, she led global talent strategy at OneLogin, managing talent acquisition, DEI, and total rewards, and spent several years at Amazon leading talent acquisition for Prime Video/Studios and Amazon Lab126 (Alexa and Devices).
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Yahoo, Avago Technologies, and Agilent Technologies, where she shaped high-impact recruiting functions, built diverse teams, and championed employer branding and inclusion. With a proven record of designing data-driven hiring systems and mentoring global recruiting teams, Minoo brings both strategic depth and operational expertise to her new position at ModelExpand.
