Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, October 2025 – Compare Club, one of Australia’s most trusted financial comparison platforms, has announced the appointment of Zara Cobb as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With nearly two decades of experience across marketing, growth strategy, and brand transformation, Zara brings a wealth of expertise in consumer engagement, digital performance, and multi-channel communication. Before joining Compare Club, Zara Cobb served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cashrewards, where she led the brand’s marketing, digital engagement, and customer loyalty strategy, strengthening its position as one of Australia’s leading cashback platforms. During her tenure, she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced customer retention and developed new strategic partnerships within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Previously, Zara worked with the Lendi Group for nearly three years, holding dual leadership roles as Group Chief Marketing Officer and later Chief Growth Officer. There, she was instrumental in redefining the company’s marketing architecture, strengthening the digital acquisition funnel, and leading growth strategies across multiple home-loan brands. Under her leadership, the marketing function at Lendi evolved into a data-driven, customer-centric unit, contributing significantly to business scalability and market share expansion.

Earlier in her career, Zara held leadership positions at Blue 449, Match Media, and MediaCom, where she managed strategic planning and analytics for high-profile clients such as Pfizer, IKEA, Westpac, Revlon, and Danone Nutricia. Her tenure at Initiative UK early in her career gave her exposure to global brands like The Body Shop, Orange, and Patek Philippe, shaping her expertise in creative strategy and integrated marketing communications.

Zara Cobb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising & TV Production from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), which laid the foundation for her career in marketing, communication strategy, and leadership.
