With over a decade of experience in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development, Simran brings deep expertise in aligning business and people agendas to drive growth and innovation across global enterprises.
In her new role, Simran will lead Carey International’s global people strategy — focusing on talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation as the company continues to scale its operations across more than 1,000 cities worldwide.
Before joining Carey International, Simran spent seven years at Korn Ferry as Principal, Organizational Strategy, where she partnered with global clients to design and implement transformative leadership and talent frameworks. Her work at Korn Ferry focused on helping organizations optimize their workforce strategies, develop high-performing leaders, and build agile, future-ready teams.
Earlier, Simran held multiple roles at Accenture, where she spent over five years in the Talent and Organization practice. As a Manager and Consultant, she advised Fortune 500 clients on leadership development, change management, and large-scale workforce transformation programs across industries including technology, financial services, and consumer goods.
Prior to that, Simran began her career at IBM in Marketing and Communications Operations within the Risk Analytics division, where she managed communication strategies and client engagement initiatives. She also worked at Metroland Media Group as an Account Executive, gaining early experience in client relations and market outreach.
Simran’s people-centric approach, combined with her strategic mindset and consulting background, positions her to strengthen Carey International’s global culture and advance its mission of excellence in customer and employee experience.
