Neenah, Wisconsin, United States, November 2025 — Manuel Scavarda has been appointed as Vice President, North America Supply Chain Planning and Logistics at Kimberly-Clark, marking an impressive milestone in his over two-decade career with the company. In his new role, Manuel will lead end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics strategies across North America, ensuring operational excellence, agility, and innovation in service of Kimberly-Clark’s purpose of Better Care for a Better World.
Over the course of 21 years at Kimberly-Clark, Manuel has held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility across regions and functions. Most recently, he served as Vice President, North America Supply Chain Planning, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives to optimize network performance and strengthen integrated business planning. Before that, as Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning – North America, he played a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making and demand-supply synchronization across the company’s iconic consumer brands.
Earlier, Manuel was Director of Supply Chain Operations – North America, overseeing integration and performance across logistics, warehousing, and operational systems. His prior tenure as Director of Logistics for Latin America Operations and Director of Supply Chain Operational Excellence – LATAM demonstrated his ability to lead complex, multi-country supply chain operations while embedding lean and continuous improvement frameworks across 60+ manufacturing and distribution sites, delivering significant cost savings and performance gains.
Previously, Manuel served as Head of Integrated Business Planning for Central America & the Caribbean, where he spearheaded the region’s adoption of world-class business planning processes and strengthened alignment between commercial and supply functions. His earlier career with Kimberly-Clark also includes roles as Supply Chain Manager across Costa Rica and Panama, where he delivered landmark distribution network redesigns and operational efficiency programs, and as Business Intelligence Manager for Latin America, where he fostered innovation and talent development across regional teams.
