Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Reliance Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Nilesh Raghuvanshi as Vice President – Contracts and Procurement. In this strategic leadership role, Nilesh will oversee procurement excellence, supply chain optimization, contract governance, and vendor ecosystem strengthening for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across the enterprise. His focus will include driving operational efficiency, enhancing cost-effectiveness, and reinforcing strategic sourcing frameworks in alignment with Reliance’s innovation and growth agenda.
Nilesh most recently served as Joint Director – Contracts & Procurement at Elevate Homes, where he led project procurement strategy, contract negotiations, supply chain performance frameworks, and vendor partnership models. His leadership strengthened operational discipline and business continuity across development projects of scale and complexity.
Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President – Contracts & Procurement at M3M India Private Limited, where he led the procurement transformation agenda for multiple urban development projects. His contributions included cost governance, bid evaluation frameworks, contract lifecycle standardization, and the expansion of supplier and contractor networks.
Previously, Nilesh served with Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate as Managing Contracts & Procurement, and earlier with Godrej Properties Limited for nearly nine years where he led contract administration and budgeting across marquee real estate developments. At DB Realty and Raheja Universal, he managed planning, costing, and pre-contract commercial strategy enabling structured execution across diverse portfolios.
Nilesh began his career as a Civil Engineer with Shapoorji Pallonji and Co. Ltd, where he gained hands-on experience in project execution, construction operations, stakeholder coordination, and contract execution on large-scale infrastructure projects. His engineering foundation continues to shape his analytical and process-led leadership approach.
