Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – FORVIA has announced the appointment of Santosh Kumar Bharti as Director – Sales and Business Development, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With over 15 years of experience across product development, technical sales, and business strategy in the automotive industry, Santosh will drive business growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead strategic initiatives that align with FORVIA’s focus on innovation and sustainable mobility.
Before joining FORVIA, Santosh Kumar Bharti served as Director – Product Delivery at Visteon India, where he led business development and technology sales across the Infotainment and Cluster domains. His close collaborations with OEMs such as Mahindra & Mahindra and Maruti Suzuki helped enhance market positioning and deliver strong revenue growth for Visteon India.
Earlier, he worked with Spark Minda as General Manager (Head) – Product Management, where he oversaw product lifecycle management, technology marketing, and business forecasting. He was instrumental in driving product quality improvements, VA/VE initiatives, and customer-focused innovation.
During his tenure at MAHLE, Santosh led the Service Solutions India Division, where he launched diagnostic and testing systems for leading OEMs, achieving over 40% YoY sales growth. He also managed product localization and built strong global client relationships with Ford Motors, TVS, Daimler, and Mahindra & Mahindra.
Previously, he contributed to the advancement of diagnostic and ECU technologies during his roles at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, Ford Motor Company, and Mahindra Group. His expertise in end-of-line diagnostics, vehicle networking, and electronic systems development has been central to his career progression in automotive engineering and sales leadership.
Santosh Kumar Bharti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRM IST), Chennai, where he developed the strong technical foundation that has underpinned his success in automotive innovation and strategy.
