Portugal, November 2025 — Prashant Khullar has taken on the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MGM Muthu Group, relocating to Portugal as he steps into this global leadership position. In his new role, Prashant will work closely with the Group’s leadership team to drive international expansion, strengthen people and culture practices across multiple business verticals, and enhance customer experience outcomes across all markets.
With a career spanning over two decades across hospitality, travel, logistics, citizen services, and financial services, Prashant brings deep expertise in scaling organizations, building high-performing leadership teams, and leading culture transformation across diverse geographies. Prior to joining MGM Muthu Group, he served as Group CHRO at BLS International, where he led the HR function for over 60,000 employees and associates across 70+ countries, enabling organizational capability building, leadership development, digital HR adoption, and people experience enhancement across global operations.
Before BLS International, Prashant served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ecom Express, where he led a large workforce of 50,000+ employees alongside a strong HR leadership group, driving cultural modernization and performance excellence. He also founded and led his own leadership advisory and coaching firm, supporting organizations across multiple sectors in building people-centric growth models and leadership effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Prashant held senior HR leadership roles at Max Life Insurance, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, and The Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels)—where he led large-scale HR transformation programs, talent strategy, performance architectures, and global expansion initiatives. His background across hospitality and services provides him with a strong foundation to support MGM Muthu Group’s multi-sector global growth strategy.
