In his elevated leadership role, Raj will drive corporate growth, strategic partnerships, enterprise development initiatives, and business expansion across Sigmatech’s engineering, technical, programmatic, and defense support portfolios.
Raj Sandhu most recently served as VP, Corporate Development at Sigmatech, where he played a pivotal role in advancing organizational growth strategies, strengthening customer relationships across defense sectors, and expanding enterprise capabilities. His leadership supported major initiatives aligned with Sigmatech’s long-term vision and business roadmap.
Before transitioning into corporate development, Raj spent nearly two decades in various executive positions at Sigmatech, where he contributed significantly to enterprise operations, program development, customer engagement, and large-scale defense support programs. His deep understanding of Sigmatech’s culture, mission, and client ecosystem has been shaped by more than 23 years of continuous service within the organization.
Prior to his extensive tenure at Sigmatech, Raj built his academic foundation through an MBA from Emory University – Goizueta Business School, which strengthened his leadership capabilities and strategic orientation across business, operations, and organizational growth.
