Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 — Amgen India has appointed Sachin Maheshwari as Head – Talent Lifecycle Delivery Services. In this role, he will support the company’s people operations agenda by strengthening talent lifecycle delivery capabilities, with a focus on scalable HR service delivery aligned to Amgen India’s growth and evolving enterprise needs.
Sachin brings deep experience across HR operations, HRIS, and talent delivery leadership, with a track record of driving process excellence and service outcomes in large, complex organizations.
Prior to joining Amgen India, he spent nearly a decade with TIAA, where he served as Director – Human Resources in India. In this position, he led HR programs and operations spanning HRIS and core people processes, supporting consistent delivery and operational rigor across the employee lifecycle.
Before TIAA, Sachin was with Barclays Shared Services Pvt Ltd for over nine years, serving as an Assistant Manager, where he built foundational experience in shared services environments and contributed to HR operations and delivery-oriented programs supporting business requirements at scale.
