With an accomplished career spanning over two decades, Anil brings deep expertise in HR strategy, organisational development, employee engagement, and change management across sectors including healthcare, diagnostics, and telecommunications.
In his new role, Anil will lead the company’s human capital agenda, focusing on strategic HR transformation, people development, and capability building to support Oncquest’s continued growth and innovation in the healthcare diagnostics space. His leadership will also be instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Before joining Oncquest Laboratories Ltd., Anil served as Vice President – Human Resources at Atulaya Healthcare, where he was responsible for driving people strategy, leadership development, and workforce integration across multiple facilities. Prior to that, he was with Agilus Diagnostics (formerly SRL Ltd.) as Human Resources Business Partner – North, where he led regional HR transformation and employee engagement programs that aligned with business outcomes.
Earlier, during his 11-year tenure at Bharti Airtel Ltd, Anil contributed significantly to shared services HR operations, performance management, and talent engagement, gaining exposure to large-scale HR systems, compliance frameworks, and customer engagement initiatives. His foundational years at Conneqt Business Solutions, Sebiz Infotech, and IDS Infotech helped shape his understanding of customer experience, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, which continue to influence his people-first approach to HR leadership.
Through his diverse experiences, Anil has developed a holistic understanding of how people, processes, and performance align to drive organisational success. At Oncquest Laboratories Ltd., he is expected to play a key role in shaping the company’s HR strategy to sustain its leadership in diagnostic innovation and service excellence.
