Paris, Île-de-France, France, March 2026 – Hana Kalbous has stepped into the role of HR Country Partner France at Fresenius Medical Care, marking a significant advancement in her HR leadership journey within the organization.
In her new role, Hana serves as a strategic HR partner supporting French Care Delivery operations across Île-de-France, Marne-la-Vallée, and the Northern region, working within a complex matrix organization. She collaborates closely with clinic directors and regional leadership teams to strengthen workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy across multiple legal entities. Her responsibilities include advising leadership on organizational design, overseeing employee relations matters, managing compensation governance frameworks, and driving succession planning and engagement initiatives that support operational excellence.
Prior to this role, Hana served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fresenius Medical Care, where she was part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team leading recruitment initiatives for the French market. She managed high-volume hiring for NephroCare clinics, overseeing approximately 300 hires annually, while also supporting recruitment for Care Enablement functions and leadership positions such as clinic directors. During this period, she strengthened employer branding initiatives and developed partnerships with academic institutions to build long-term talent pipelines.
Earlier at Fresenius Medical Care, Hana worked in an HR Development role, supporting recruitment, training initiatives, and employer branding strategy across Care Delivery and Care Enablement operations in France. She managed an annual training budget aligned with talent development priorities and contributed to HR structuring and workforce development projects across the organization. Before joining Fresenius Medical Care, she worked as HR Development Officer at DERICHEBOURG Multiservices, where she gained experience in recruitment tools and HR development practices.
Hana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISCG Paris, equipping her with strong academic grounding in HR strategy and personnel administration.
