Los Angeles, California, United States, May 2026 — Radiant has appointed Ale Palma as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the leadership team as the company advances its mission to build the world’s first mass-produced portable nuclear microreactors.
Ale joins Radiant with extensive global experience across corporate finance, investor relations, strategic growth, M&A, venture investing, and operational leadership.
Prior to joining Radiant, Ale served as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at PsiQuantum, where he played a key role in supporting corporate finance strategy and investor engagement for one of the leading quantum computing companies.
Earlier, he held CFO and board leadership roles at Legl and Toqio, where he drove financial operations, strategic scaling, governance, and business growth initiatives.
Ale also built significant strategic and financial leadership experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he held multiple senior roles including CFO and Head of Partnerships, Non-Alcohol, Global Head of Non-Alcohol Partnerships and M&A, and Global Head of Internal Consulting.
His earlier career includes leadership experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Enel Green Power, venture capital, investment banking, and advisory positions, reflecting a highly diversified global business background.
In addition to his executive roles, Ale remains active as an angel investor, entrepreneurship advisor at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and board leader.
With his broad expertise spanning finance, innovation, energy, and emerging technologies, Ale’s appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting Radiant’s ambitious commercialization roadmap.
