With nearly 18 years of professional experience across supply chain management, warehousing, logistics, commercial operations, and business development, Ankur Malviya has built a career marked by operational excellence and business transformation. His expertise spans warehouse management, distribution center operations, third-party logistics (3PL), commercial strategy, budgeting, and performance management, enabling organizations to optimize supply chain efficiency and deliver superior customer outcomes.
Ankur joined Prozo in 2024 as Senior Director, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s operational capabilities and supporting its rapid growth. Within a year, he was elevated to Assistant Vice President (AVP), reflecting his impact on the business. His latest promotion to Vice President marks another significant milestone in his leadership journey and underscores the confidence Prozo has in his ability to lead strategic initiatives and accelerate business growth.
Before joining Prozo, Ankur served as Deputy General Manager at Carryfast Logistics Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for 3PL management, warehouse operations, logistics management, fulfillment center and distribution center operations, and new business development. His leadership contributed to strengthening operational efficiency and expanding logistics capabilities.
Earlier, he worked with CEAT Limited as Regional Commercial Manager, overseeing supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, budgeting, and distribution center management. Prior to CEAT, he spent over seven years with Asian Paints as Senior Commercial Officer, gaining extensive experience in commercial operations and supply chain management. He began his professional career with Aegis IT Limited, where he worked as a Team Leader, laying the foundation for his leadership and operational management expertise.
Throughout his career, Ankur has consistently demonstrated the ability to build efficient supply chain ecosystems, lead high-performing teams, and deliver operational excellence across diverse industries.
