Amsterdam, Netherlands, July 2026 — Henkel Consumer Brands has elevated Dr. Fatih Koyuncu to the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO). In his new global leadership role, Dr. Koyuncu will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Henkel Consumer Brands, partnering with teams worldwide to drive operational excellence, innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth across the business.
Bringing over 20 years of international leadership experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, planning, and business transformation, Dr. Fatih Koyuncu has built an exceptional career spanning Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Throughout his journey, he has consistently delivered large-scale operational transformation, optimized global supply chain networks, and strengthened customer-centric operations across diverse markets.
Dr. Koyuncu has been part of Henkel for more than 17 years, progressing through a series of increasingly senior global leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations Americas, where he led regional supply chain operations across the Americas. Prior to that, he was Regional Head of Supply Chain & Operations for IMEA & APAC, overseeing operations across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, following his earlier role as Regional Head of Supply Chain & Operations IMEA.
His leadership journey within Henkel also includes serving as Head of Global Supply Chain Planning, Global Process Owner – Supply Chain Planning, Head of Customer Service & Logistics Germany, and IT Governance Consultant. Across these assignments, he played a key role in advancing global planning capabilities, strengthening logistics performance, enhancing customer service excellence, and driving digital transformation initiatives that improved operational efficiency across the organization.
Before joining Henkel, Dr. Koyuncu worked as a Project Manager at Ford Motor Company, where he gained valuable experience in project management and automotive operations, laying the foundation for his distinguished career in global supply chain leadership.
Complementing his extensive professional experience, Dr. Koyuncu has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School, where he studied Disruptive Strategy, and IESE Business School, where he completed the Advanced Management Practice 2.0 program. His combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and global perspective positions him well to lead Henkel Consumer Brands’ supply chain organization through its next phase of innovation and growth.
