Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Stashfin has appointed Vaishali Tyagi as Deputy Vice President – Head HR, marking a significant milestone in her accomplished career spanning human resources, business partnering, talent development, learning & development, and organizational culture. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance, people-first culture that supports Stashfin’s continued growth and innovation.
With over 10 years of experience across fintech, banking, insurance, retail, workplace services, and technology-driven businesses, Vaishali Tyagi has established herself as a strategic HR leader known for aligning talent with business outcomes. Her expertise spans HR transformation, business partnering, leadership development, AI-enabled hiring, learning and development, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and culture building, helping organizations create agile and future-ready workforces.
Prior to joining Stashfin, Vaishali served at Cars24, where she most recently held the role of Head – Business Partnering & Learning & Development. In this position, she led business partnering across the retail business while driving learning and development initiatives for both retail and procurement functions. She championed capability-building programs, leadership development, and AI-enabled hiring and training initiatives, helping create high-performing teams while fostering a people-centric culture.
Earlier at Cars24, she served as Head – People & Culture (Retail), where she was responsible for shaping the organization’s people agenda, strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and building scalable people practices that supported business growth. Before joining Cars24, she also worked as an HR Strategy Consultant, advising organizations on strategic people initiatives and organizational development.
Vaishali previously served as Head HR – Compass @Google India at Compass Group India, where she led the human resources function for one of the organization’s flagship partnerships, driving talent management, HR transformation, employee engagement, and people operations. Prior to that, she spent over three years with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, progressing from Senior Manager – HR to Deputy Chief Manager – HR, where she contributed to talent management, HR systems, and organizational capability initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Axis Bank as Deputy Manager and later Manager – Human Resources, supporting the International Banking and Corporate Banking businesses. She managed end-to-end HR processes for the bank’s overseas branches, worked on HR policy harmonization across international markets, and led employee engagement initiatives. She also completed a corporate internship with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where she developed a performance appraisal model, and served as an editor with the Department of Mathematics at Kirori Mal College during her academic years.
Vaishali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi, providing a strong academic foundation that complements her practical leadership experience.
