Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Synchrony has appointed Jiggyasa Srivastava as Vice President & Head – India Corporate, External and Internal Communications, where she also joins the India Leadership Team. In her new role, she will lead the company’s corporate, external, and internal communications strategy in India, partnering with the Country Head and business leaders to strengthen Synchrony’s brand, enhance executive communications, and foster meaningful employee engagement across the organization.
With over 17 years of diverse professional experience spanning corporate communications, branding, employee engagement, media relations, scientific research, and journalism, Jiggyasa has built an impressive career driving strategic communications for leading global organizations. Her expertise includes leadership communications, executive messaging, employer branding, change communications, reputation management, and integrated communication strategies that support business transformation and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Synchrony, Jiggyasa served as Head of Communications – India and Philippines Region at Wells Fargo, where she led communications strategy for more than 50,000 employees across India and the Philippines. She managed an eight-member communications team while partnering with senior leadership to strengthen executive communications, employee engagement, and external reputation. During her tenure, she significantly improved digital engagement, increased content reach, enhanced leadership visibility, and developed external engagement guidelines for the region.
Before Wells Fargo, Jiggyasa spent over four years with Salesforce, where she played a pivotal role in building the company’s internal communications function in India. As Senior Manager, Employee Communications, she established and scaled the internal communications practice for over 14,000 employees across six centers, partnered with leadership to drive the “One India” vision, launched integrated communications programs for a hybrid workforce, and developed award-winning employee advocacy and leadership communication initiatives. She was recognized globally for excellence in communications and was named a JAPAC–LATAM Top Performer.
Earlier in her career, Jiggyasa held communications leadership roles with Amadeus, Sopra Steria, and the Nano Science and Technology Consortium, where she successfully led corporate branding, internal communications, public relations, merger communications, executive messaging, and brand transformation initiatives. She also worked as a Special Correspondent with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), covering India’s life sciences sector, and began her professional journey as a Junior Scientist at Biobase Data, where she combined scientific research with knowledge management and internal communication initiatives. Her early freelance work as a communications consultant and creative writer further strengthened her storytelling and content development expertise.
Throughout her career, Jiggyasa has consistently demonstrated an ability to connect business strategy with compelling communication, enabling organizations to build stronger cultures, enhance leadership visibility, and create meaningful employee experiences.
