Anurag Arora Appointed as Senior Director at Dell Technologies

Gurgaon, Haryana, India, November 2025 – Anurag Arora has been appointed as Senior Director at Dell Technologies, marking a significant milestone in a career defined by leadership in channel growth, product strategy, and partner-led business acceleration across India’s technology landscape. With deep experience across Dell Technologies, HP, HCL Infosystems, BPL Mobile, and The Indian Express, he steps into this expanded mandate to drive strategic partnerships, strengthen market presence, and advance Dell’s leadership in the enterprise and consumer technology ecosystem.

In his most recent role, Anurag Arora served as Director at Dell Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in advancing channel partner networks, product management priorities, and account strategies across India. His leadership contributed to strengthening Dell’s growth momentum by aligning market dynamics with customer needs, improving partner experience, and supporting business expansion through collaborative execution.

Prior to Dell, Anurag Arora spent nearly 14 years at HP, where he held multiple national leadership mandates including National Sales Head and Category Head for Consumer Personal Systems. His work spanned multi-channel distribution strategy, brand positioning, ecommerce and retail partnerships, portfolio management, and the development of differentiated product narratives. His ability to drive portfolio competitiveness and elevate consumer experience helped HP reinforce its leadership across premium and mainstream categories.

Before HP, he built strong product and channel foundations at HCL Infosystems, serving as Product Manager for six years. His earlier experience at BPL Mobile as Channel Manager and at The Indian Express as Brand Manager helped him develop a well-rounded command of brand development, channel operations, and customer engagement—strengths that continue to define his leadership style and market impact.

His academic journey reflects a passion for marketing and international business. Anurag Arora completed his EPGDIB in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, followed by a PGDM in Marketing from T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), grounding his professional career with strong analytical, commercial, and strategic capabilities.
