Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 — Kshitiz Shori has taken on a pivotal new role as the Chief Business Officer at TukTuki, a fast-growing short-format storytelling OTT platform redefining digital content consumption. In this strategic leadership mandate, he will drive the company’s end-to-end growth charter including business expansion, creator ecosystem acceleration, revenue strategy, talent hiring, user funnel optimization, and strategic partnerships as TukTuki scales into its next growth phase.
Before joining TukTuki, Kshitiz took a brief career break following an impactful leadership journey at VerSe Innovation, where he most recently served as Senior Director. He was also promoted as Country Manager for Josh, one of India’s leading short-form video platforms, where he was responsible for revenue growth while continuing to lead the gaming vertical across multiple app ecosystems. His efforts also included building high-performance sales teams and accelerating the influencer marketing platform business.
Prior to this, Kshitiz held the role of Sr. Director, Head of Gaming Vertical & Business Head – North, where he led business expansion, monetization strategies, and commercial outcomes. Earlier at VerSe Innovation, he served as Director & Head of Gaming Vertical, where he built the gaming business from the ground up and delivered over 70% year-on-year growth, earning recognition as Sales Leader of the Year and securing a place in the 100%+ Leader Club — reflecting both scale and consistency.
Earlier in his career, he served as Country Manager at RTB House, where he successfully established the India business from inception. He also previously served as Director of Sales, India at Criteo, where he onboarded India’s top e-commerce brands, scaling annual run-rate revenue from $3.3 million to nearly $8 million, contributing significantly to long-term customer acquisition and retention.
His earlier leadership career includes roles with Opera Mediaworks, One97 Communications, Vserv AudiencePro, Jivox, Quasar, QAI India Ltd., Hughes Communications India Ltd., Smile Group, and Combit Advertising Network Ltd. Across these roles, he built a deep foundation in digital monetization, sales leadership, brand partnerships, advertising technology, product-market strategy, and emerging digital ecosystems.
