London, England, United Kingdom – November 2025 — Helen Losq has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Colart, succeeding Jane Beeston, who shared a heartfelt message as she transitions into a new chapter after more than three decades with the organisation.
In her message, Jane expressed her confidence in Helen’s leadership, stating, “I welcome Helen Losq as our new Chief People Officer. I am confident she will thrive in this role and I wish her every success as she takes on the challenges and rewards this fantastic company has to offer.” She also extended gratitude to colleagues, mentors, and friends for being part of her journey.
In her new role, Helen Losq will be responsible for driving Colart’s people strategy globally, shaping culture, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting business transformation while continuing Colart’s legacy of excellence in the creative materials industry.
Immediately prior to joining Colart, Helen Losq served as Global HR Director at Kering, where she sat on the board of the House of Creed and led People Strategy across the UK, Europe, Middle East, the Americas, and APAC. She played a key role in scaling the brand globally, enabling business growth and managing cultural integration into the Kering Beauté portfolio.
Before this, Helen worked as an HR and Business Transformation Consultant, where she supported senior leadership teams on organisational design, performance management, change communication, and capability review initiatives. Her consulting work helped organisations strengthen people systems, structures, and readiness for scale.
Prior to her consulting tenure, Helen took a career break and relocation period while transitioning geographies.
Earlier, Helen spent nearly 17 years with L’Oréal in progressively senior HR leadership roles across the UK, Europe, Nordics, and Middle East. During her tenure, she served as Regional HR VP and Country HR Director for the Nordics, Regional VP / Learning Director Europe, and held multiple leadership assignments in Learning & Development, organisational transformation, strategic HR planning, and HR business partnering. Her experience also includes shaping culture transformation, DE&I frameworks, digital learning, workforce engagement strategies, and leading large-scale HR teams across multicultural environments.
Helen began her career in HR with notable experience at Thomson Reuters and BT Group, where she worked across HR consulting, project management, change management and capability development.
