Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 – Neurealm has announced the appointment of Jasbir Singh as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its technology leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Jasbir will lead the development and execution of Neurealm’s IT strategy, ensuring strong alignment with the organization’s broader business objectives. With over 24 years of experience in the service industry, he brings extensive expertise in digital transformation, AI-led modernization initiatives, and large-scale enterprise system rollouts. He has also played a critical role in driving organizational transitions and delivering impact across M&A programs.
Prior to joining Neurealm, Jasbir served as Senior Director – Global Application at Capgemini, where he led global transformation initiatives, including SAP rollouts, localization programs, and global run support models. Earlier, he spent over a decade with Aricent, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Director – IT, where he led global enterprise application rollouts, SAP solution towers, KPI governance frameworks, and statutory IT audits while managing large offshore and onsite consulting teams.
He began his career in software engineering roles with Hughes Software Systems and Neptune Information Solutions Limited, building a strong foundation in ERP systems, application development, and IT governance.
With deep expertise across SAP ecosystems, enterprise applications, global transformation programs, and IT-business alignment, Jasbir’s leadership is expected to further strengthen Neurealm’s digital and operational capabilities.
