Darmstadt, Hesse, Germany, November 2025 — Ronja Janneck has taken on a significant new role as Head of Strategic Talent Management at Merck Gruppe, where she now leads the organisation’s global strategic talent agenda. In this newly entrusted mandate, she focuses on shaping talent strategy, elevating leadership capability, and building assessment-backed, data-driven talent systems for one of the world’s most respected science and technology companies.
Immediately before this elevation, Ronja served as Senior Consultant – Assessment Solutions at Merck Gruppe, where she acted as the Global Solution Owner for the company’s assessment ecosystem. In this influential role, she advised senior business and HR leaders on how to utilise assessments and people analytics to drive better, evidence-based talent decisions across the organisation.
Prior to joining Merck, she spent over three years with Talogy as Client Partner, where she worked as a Solution Architect addressing talent challenges across diverse global clients. Her responsibilities included designing customised talent and assessment solutions, leading account management, identifying new business opportunities, and applying global best practices in psychometrics and talent development.
Before Talogy, Ronja spent more than five years at CUBIKS Germany GmbH, progressing from HR Consultant to Senior Consultant and ultimately to Principal Consultant. She played a key role in designing and implementing large-scale talent management systems, delivering leadership development programs, and serving as the lead psychologist for assessment centres, talent conferences, and organisational capability analyses.
Early in her career, Ronja gained valuable academic and practitioner experience as a Research Assistant – Organisational and Business Psychology at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where she deepened her expertise in organisational behaviour and psychological assessments. She also worked with SHL as a Working Student, Freelancer, and Intern, building strong foundational skills in assessment methodologies, competency frameworks, and data-driven HR decision-making.
